BluPrint End User License Agreement
Effective date: July 8, 2026
01Agreement
By installing, activating, or using BluPrint (the software), you agree to this End User License Agreement with Big Z Studios, LLC. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.
02License grant
Big Z Studios grants you a perpetual, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to install and use BluPrint for one user on up to 2 machines at a time.
Activations are managed from your Big Z Studios account. If you reach your machine limit, you can deactivate an old machine yourself to free a slot.
03Free trial
A 14-day free trial with access to all features is available. The trial is limited to one trial per person and per machine, and it requires email verification.
04Updates
Your license includes free updates to BluPrint as they are released.
05Restrictions
You may not do any of the following:
- Share, resell, rent, sublicense, or distribute your license key.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or circumvent license enforcement.
- Use the software to build or assist a competing product.
06Ownership
BluPrint is licensed, not sold. Big Z Studios retains all rights, title, and interest in the software, including all intellectual property rights.
07Termination
This license ends automatically if you materially breach these terms, including sharing your license key or engaging in chargeback abuse. On termination, you must stop using the software and remove it from your machines.
08No warranty
The software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
09Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Big Z Studios under this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
10Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
