01Who we are
Big Z Studios, LLC operates BluPrint and this website. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
02What we collect
We keep what we collect to the minimum needed to deliver and support your license:
- Your email address, used for trial verification, license delivery, and trial reminder emails.
- A hashed machine fingerprint, a non-reversible identifier derived from your computer's hardware. It is used only to enforce activation limits and prevent trial abuse. It cannot be used to identify you personally or track you elsewhere.
- Purchase records, meaning what you bought through Big Z Studios and when.
Payment card details go directly to Stripe or PayPal and never touch our servers.
03How we use it
We use your information for delivering and activating your license, sending trial and purchase emails, and providing support.
We do not sell or share your data with anyone except the service providers listed below.
04Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers:
- Stripe and PayPal, for payments.
- Amazon Web Services, for hosting and email delivery.
05Emails
Trial signups receive a short series of trial-related emails. Purchase and license emails are transactional. Marketing emails, if any, always include an unsubscribe link.
06Data retention and deletion
License records are kept while your license is active. You can request deletion of your data by contacting support. Note that deleting your license records means we can no longer restore a lost key.
08Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
